You’re invited to join us for the 2017 Natchez-Adams County Gala on November 14th at the Natchez Convention Center.  The festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m. sharp.

Last year we celebrated the close of Natchez’s 300th birthday celebration.  Now it is time for us to look to the future.  This year’s theme is “Cheers to the next 300 Years.”  Utilizing the Natchez Tri-Centennial Commission theme of Commemorating our past, celebrating our present and defining our future, now is the time to look towards what lies ahead for Natchez.  History has built Natchez, but our future will define us.

This year for our celebration we will showcase some of Natchez’s best chefs, musicians, beer vendors, mixologist, live and silent auctions and so much more.  Much like the very successful Natchez Food & Wine Festival, our food and beverage partners will be offering samples to display their culinary skills.  In addition, we will have Drew David, Bubba McCabe and Brint Anderson of Alluvial Funk as well as the Alcorn State University Jazz Band.  These two talented groups will serenade us through the night.  Also, this year we have some amazing prizes for the silent auction.  Some of the prizes will include dinners and nights at some of the nicest antebellum homes in Mississippi, a scenic local flight around Natchez, custom paintings, and so on.  You won’t want to miss this!

One of the greatest honors of the chamber is to recognize the amazing people and businesses we have in our community.  These businesses and individuals are the ones that truly raise the bar.  We will honor the large and small businesses of the year, and the Natchezians of the Year awards.
