Larry Darnell Foster, 29, charged with public drunkenness. Case remanded to files at request of prosecutor after pleading to other charges. Foster also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Fine set at $456.
Treshon Demero Willard, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Fine set at $456.
Bennie Williams Jr., 62, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Fine set at $456.
