David Moreno charged with aggravated assault — domestic violence. Case dismissed — victim came and said charge was untrue. Charges are filed on victim for making false statement.

Nita Thomas pleaded guilty to filing a false report of a crime. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $456.

Georgia Irene Chatman, 30, pleaded guilty to shoplifting —first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 23 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for seven days served. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573 minus $175 credit. Must pay a fine of $398. Chatman also pleaded guilty to trespassing. Fine set at $323.Chatman was also charged with fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle. Case remanded to files subject to other pleas. Chatman, also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Fine set at $456.

Larry Darnell Foster, 29, charged with public drunkenness. Case remanded to files at request of prosecutor after pleading to other charges. Foster also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Fine set at $456.

Treshon Demero Willard, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Fine set at $456.

Bennie Williams Jr., 62, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Fine set at $456.
