Co-Lin sets dates for orientation, fall classes

NATCHEZ — Orientation for the fall semester at the Copiah-Lincoln Community College Natchez campus will begin at 1 p.m. on July 13 in the Nelson multipurpose room in the Redd/Watkins Career-Technical Center. A second orientation session will be Aug. 10 if for those unable to attend the July session.
New and returning students may register for fall classes daily during regular business hours. Students may design a schedule, which is full-time or part-time and incorporates any combination of day, evening, hybrid, or on-line classes. Students can prepare for transfer to a four-year institution with the comprehensive range of courses through the Academic Division.
Co-Lin’s Career-Technical Division offers programs designed to prepare students, in two years or less, for careers in various professions, such as accounting, air conditioning and heating, automation and control, business and marketing management, culinary arts, diesel equipment, health data, hotel and restaurant management, office systems, respiratory care and welding.
Fall semester classes begin Aug. 14 with both full-term classes and several mini-terms to allow students to complete their requirements for graduation.
