NATCHEZ — The engineering and land surveying firm of Jordan, Kaiser & Sessions, LLC is pleased to announce that Raphael D. Shivers has joined their professional staff.

Shivers is a graduate of Jackson State University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering.

While attending Jackson State University he was a member of American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers and Jackson State University Honor Society.

Shivers is the son of Jacqueline Merridith and Louis Shivers both of Natchez. He is a 2012 graduate of Natchez High School.

Shivers now resides in his hometown of Natchez.
