Billy Wayne Harried Jr., 38, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case dismissed — prosecutor unable to prosecute because officer has resigned.
Valerie Luss, 58, found not guilty after trial of two counts of vile, profane language by telephone — did not rise to sufficient evidence.
Martha Eleen Salters, 62, charged with simple assault — attempt to create fear. State asked to recuse. Case transferred to Justice Court.
Taurus Deshawn West Sr., 39, found not guilty after trial of simple assault — attempt to create fear — did no rise to sufficient evidence.
Deonte Devon Hardin, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Sentenced to 10 days with seven days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Must spend three days in jail. Fine set at $525.
Melissa Boyte Mizell, 32, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case to be transferred to Justice Court.
