Peggy Ann Mingee and Donald Ray Kelly, both of Vicksburg, were married Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Gulf Island National Seashore in Ocean Springs, with Tammy Lombardo officiating.

Parents of the couple are Barbara Ann McNeil Mingee of Natchez and the late Robert Henry Mingee, and Walter Ray and Bernice Price Kelly of Vicksburg.

Grandparents of the bride are the late John C. and Wilma Kimberlin McNeil and the late James C. Mingee and Florence Tracy Mingee Graves.

Grandparents of the groom are the late Robert “Rusty” and Dorothy Arntz Price.

After a wedding trip to Ocean Springs, the couple will live in Vicksburg.
