Resident has pool, parking concerns

I have been to many meetings of our Adams County Board of Supervisors and been on many agendas.

First, this pool paid for by the taxpayers, not to mention the money taxpayers will have to spend for upkeep of the pool, life guards and, heaven forbid, how many drownings will it take to make us realize what we really could use is a much larger water spray park like our neighboring town,Vidalia has.

How many from Natchez and surrounding areas go there trying to keep their loved ones safe?

Who will take control of this pool? How many pools have been filled in after there have been drownings? Have you thought of how many parents leave their children unattended while they are partying.

No thank you.

Think again about what could happen if a pool is built in our city.

Second, illegal parking in handicapped/disabled parking spaces.

I am disabled and I struggle to stay out of my power chair and wheelchair.

There are not enough parking spaces for all of us as I speak for all who have worked all of our lives, showed respect for those with disabilities.

Some stores do not have enough motorized buggies to help, either.
