Edwin Holmes Jr., 64, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — second offense. Sentenced to 90 days with 89 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve one day in jail. Banned from The Barracks. Fine set at $595 minus $250 cash bond transfer. Must pay a fine of $345. Restitution set at $200 to be paid to The Barracks.
Danteria D. Johnson, 24, charged with disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Case dismissed – officer failed to appear on served subpoena. Refund cash bond.
