Family, friends and community leaders from Natchez and Concordia Parish gathered at Jefferson Street United Methodist Church to pay their last respects to the late Al Ater, who died recently from complications from cancer. Ater served as the interim Secretary of State for the State of Louisiana  and other public service positions.
