Leanne Cothern/Akins, 42, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance — crystal methamphetamine. Case remanded to files at recommendation of prosecutor.
Danny Hazlip, 62, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Sentenced to 90 days with 31 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for 49 days served. Must serve 10 days in jail. Fine set at $1,000. Restitution set at $2,577 to be paid to Bruce Moak. Bond set at $10,000.
