Jean O’Quin charged with two counts of grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury on each count.
Ricky Potters charged with grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury.
John Swoveland pleaded guilty to DUI — 1st offense, failure to yield to blue lights, to reckless driving, running a red light, improper/no signal. Swoveland also pleaded guilty to insurance – none.
Iesha Conner pleaded guilty to no driver’s license and having not tag.

Tuesday, March 7
Raymond Jenkins, 34, charged with shoplifting — over $500 (felony). Case bound over to a grand jury.
Tashekia Richard, 35, charged with uttering a forgery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $5,000.
Wednesday, March 8:
Hanna Bradford, 27, found not guilty of simple assault.
Jessica A. Bradley, 36, charged with credit card or numbers use with intent to defraud. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Charles T. Green, 44, charged with simple assault. Case remanded to files — victim not present.
Derrick Lyles, 34, found guilty of disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $500. Lyles was also found guilty of simple assault — attempt to create fear. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $650.
Jessie M. Tolbert, 41, found not guilty of simple assault — domestic violence.
Nyesha Gaylor, 19, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Must obey all laws and court orders. Fine set at $575 minus $200 cash bond transfer. Must pay a fine of $375.
Shirley Cooks Reason, 60, pleaded guilty to felony false pretense. Total fine set at $488.
Cordell Wimberly, 53, pleaded guilty to amended charge of simple assault — domestic violence — second offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 58 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Must obey all laws and court orders. Ordered to 12 hours of anger management. Fine set at $850 minus $200 cash bond transfer. Must pay a fine of $650.
