For the past 10 years employees at United States Postal Service in Natchez have sponsored a family during the holidays through Natchez Children’s Home Services. Branch 476 President Adam Welch of the National Association of Letter Carriers said employees raised approximately $850 to buy gifts for the family. “It’s a chance for us to give back to those less fortunate and give to the community,” Welch said. Santa Claus holds hands with Jamarion Johnson at the post office Wednesday on Canal Street in Natchez.
