Robert Ogden charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Devin Blackmon charged with possession of stolen items. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Chelsea Woods charged with smuggling contraband into county jail. Woods was also charged with conspiracy to commit crime. Cases bound over to a grand jury.

Tuesday, Nov. 22
Anthony Bradford pleaded guilty to burglary of a storehouse (non-habitual) in Judge Forrest”Al” Johnson’s court. Sentenced to six years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Full credit given for time served in the county jail. Must pay all court costs and fees as well as a $200 prosecution fee immediately.
Maurice E. Davis pleaded guilty to manslaughter in Judge Johnson’s court. Sentenced to 15 years in the MDOC with full credit given for time served, if any. After serving five years, the remaining balance shall be suspended with the defendant serving five years on formal reporting supervision and five years on informal non-reporting supervision through the MDOC. Must pay all court costs and fees, including a $200 prosecution fee, and a $1,000 fine to the Mississippi Crime Victims Compensation Fund. Count I (conspiracy to commit robbery) shall be retired to the file by agreement of the State.
Melvin C. Watts Jr. pleaded guilty to manslaughter in Judge Johnson’s court. Sentenced to 15 years in the MDOC, with full credit given for time served, if any. After serving five years, the remaining balance shall be suspended with the defendant serving five years on formal reporting supervision and five years on informal non-reporting supervision through the MDOC. Must pay all court costs and fees, including a $200 prosecution fee. Count I (possession of stolen firearm) shall be retired to the file by agreement of the State.
Natchez Municipal Court Wednesday, Nov. 23
Kaelin B. Beamer, 18, charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Case remanded to files at request of principal/school and motion of prosecutor.
David Haywood, 64, pleaded guilty to amended charge of trespassing. Banned from Mr. Carter’s property. Fine set at $111.
Omari K. Isaac, 18, charged with disturbing the peace. Case dismissed — affiant failed to appear.
Troy Wilson, 35, charged with indecent exposure. Case dismissed at request of victims and motion of prosecutor.
Gary Knapp pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended faor one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $598.Knapp also pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $400.
Isaiah D. Smith, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $434.
Wednesday, Nov. 30
Tabitha Rourks, 28, charged with simple assault. Case dismissed at request of prosecutor and victim.
Christopher L. Sherman, 34, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
Alexis N. White, 25, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case dismissed — victim left state; cannot proceed.
Martha M. Daniel, Age N/A, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $750.
