Miranda N. Ingram, 31, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Cotton Alley Café. Fine set at $1,500. Bond set at $10,000.
Antonio Kenyon Johnson, 32, charged with aggravated assault — use of deadly weapon. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Preston White, 21, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 60 days with 57 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve three days in jail. Banned from United Mississippi Bank. Fine set at $1,500. Bond set at $10,000.
Carleisha Jenkins pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from United Mississippi Bank. Fine set at $1,500. Restitution set at $1,394.60 to be paid to United Mississippi Bank.
TaKarri Wallace charged with uttering a forgery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced to $10,000. Wallace also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Banned from Natchez Market. Fine set at $500. Restitution set at $498.50 to be paid to Natchez Market.
Wednesday, Nov. 9
Cory Anders, 27, charged with DUI 1st offense test refusal. Motion to dismiss by defense — officer failed to appear. Motion granted.
Jeffrey Clark, 51, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain insurance proof in vehicle. Fine set at $286.
Patrick D. Delaughter, 25, found guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $598.
Keshanna Harris, 31, charged with petit larceny. Defense requested case be dismissed — victim did not show, motion granted.
Brian A. Marvel, 36, charged with disturbing the peace. Motion was made by defense to dismiss, motion granted — officer failed to appear, state unable to prosecute.
Jasmine Joniqua Belton, 24, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $598.
Taylor A. Broadwater, 21, charged with disturbing the peace — domestic violence. Case remanded to files on condition to complete anger management.
Ronzelle C. Johnson, 21, charged with disturbing the peace — domestic violence. Case remanded to files on condition to complete anger management.
Audrea Pernell, 27, pleaded guilty to vile and profane language in public. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $454 minus $150 cash bond transfer. Must pay a fine of $304.
