NATCHEZ — Three Adams County men are behind bars after reportedly robbing their cousin at gunpoint early Friday morning.

Adams County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Sgt. Cal Green said Trevonte Xavier Donald, 20, 80 Hobo Forks Road; Jermetrice Devan Griffin, 19, and Ronnie Scott Griffin, both of

348-A State Park Road, were charged with armed robbery.

The robbery was reported at approximately 3:15 a.m., and the victim reportedly told deputies he was walking home from a convenience store when his cousins stopped him.

Ronnie Griffin allegedly held a gun to the victim’s head while Jermetrice Griffin and Donald assaulted the victim. A cigar, two condoms and $8 were reportedly stolen from the victim’s pockets.

The victim reportedly told deputies he owes the suspects $200 for a car he purchased from them.
Donald and Jermetrice Griffin were being held in the Adams County Jail Friday on a $10,000 bond. Ronnie Griffin was being held without a bond.
