Who is ready for the Great Mississippi River Balloon Race Oct. 14-16? The ladies of the Junior Auxiliary of Natchez want to help you prepare with a basket raffle.

Each $10 dollar donation will purchase one raffle ticket for a basket full of amazing gifts for this year’s race including a weekend pass to the GMRBR festival, this year’s amazing poster framed by Dianne’s Frame Shop, a hot air balloon ride for two, a bundle of gear (t-shirt, cap, tote bag) and a $25 gift certificate to Fat Mama’s Tamales. There will also be more small goodies in the basket as well.

As with any non-profit in the area, budgets are tight, and we understand there are a great many different organizations in need. We hope that you will consider contacting one of our JA ladies and purchase a ticket.

We are working hard to build strong community connections with our local youth and help those who are less-fortunate. Rest assured, your donations will allow us to continue to aid those children in our area who may go without school supplies and uniforms.

We are striving to build more working relationships with other organizations in our area and continue the wonderful work of the JA ladies who came before us. We have other  projects in store, and we hope to see more community involvement with each project we do.
