Courtney Dunn charged with possession of a deadly weapon. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Justin Blackwell pleaded guilty to simple assault.
Vernon Freeman charged with domestic violence. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Lathan Perkins charged with grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Eva Anderson pleaded guilty to three counts of false pretense.
Calvin Sartin charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Michael Davis pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.
Jesse Hunt Jr. pleaded guilty to simple assault.
Calvin Perry charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. Case bound over to a grand jury.Perry also charged with possession of a deadly weapon. Case bound over to a grand jury. Perry also charged with false pretense. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Farron Lewis charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.

Wednesday, Aug. 17
Emanuel C. Latham Jr. pleaded guilty to manslaughter in Judge Forrest “Al” Johnson’s court. Sentenced to 18 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Full credit for time served in the county jail. Must pay all court costs and fees as well as a $200 prosecution fee immediately.
Monday, Aug. 15
Eddie Minor III found guilty of armed robbery in Judge Johnson’s court. Sentenced to 35 years in the MDOC, with full credit for time served. Must pay all court costs and fees, including a $200 prosecution fee. The court further ordered a mistrial as to the murder charge.
Natchez Municipal Court
Tuesday, Aug. 9
Patrick D. Delaughter, 25, charged with introduction of contraband into city jail. Failed to appear. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Clifton Glass, 36, charged with two counts of molestation (touching child for lustful purposes). Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $35,000 on each count.
Travis Johnson, 29, charged with armed robbery. Case dismissed at recommendation of prosecutor and written request of victim.
Cedric Dewayne Davis, 35, charged with armed robbery. Case dismissed at recommendation of prosecutor and written request of victim.
Carl Jenkins, 19, charged with shooting in house dwelling. Bond set at $20,000.
Lashunda Nelson, 38, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $750. Restitution set at $742.90 to be paid to Cash Saver. Bond set at $5,000.
Wednesday, Aug. 17
Ronnzelle C. Johnson, 21, pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373. Weapon to be returned to defendant.
Jan Marie Felton, 47, found guilty of disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $398.
Elbert G. Goldman, 65, pleaded guilty to five counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days concurrently on each count. Total fine set at $2,165.52.
Shameca Fort/Lucas, 40, pleaded guilty to shoplifting —first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $750.
Ashleigh Fulton, 21, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $650 minus $200 cash bond. Must pay fine of $450.
