FERRIDAY — Ferriday Police are investigating a report of a man being stabbed with an icepick as he was walking near his residence Friday evening.

While emergency services were contacted, the police incident report indicates the victim declined medical attention. Police reported the victim also declined to press charges against the alleged assailant, who is also a Ferriday man.

The victim was walking near his residence on Alabama Avenue and was reportedly stabbed once with an ice pick Friday night at approximately 9.
