NATCHEZ — First responders investigated the scene of a car accident Friday afternoon after a construction crane reportedly fell off the bed of an 18-wheeler and crushed the rear of a car near the intersection of West Frontage Road and Seargent Prentiss Drive near Glenwood Subdivision in Natchez. Natchez police officers said no one was hurt during the accident. Why the crane fell off the truck  and the circumstances behind the accident is under investigation.
