Virginia O. Cavin, 54, found guilty of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $478.

Rodrick K. Hart, 28, charged with willful trespassing. Case remanded to files.
