Darryl J. Ellerbee named president of Delta Bank

VIDALIA — Darryl J. Ellerbee has been named president and chief executive officer of Delta Bank.
Ellerbee is a native of Tallulah. He attended The University of Louisiana at Monroe where he earned a bachelor of science in agriculture business and economics.
He completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
Ellerbee has been in banking for16 years in northeast Louisiana. He has been employed with Delta Bank for the past five years as a commercial lender and chief credit officer.
Ellerbee has served on various boards and has been involved with numerous civic clubs in the Tallulah area including Madison Soil and Water Conservation, Parish Council for St Edwards Catholic Church, Lions Club, Louisiana Purchase Council for Boy Scouts of America, NELA Economic Development Foundation, Tallulah Academy Advisory Board and the Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife, Abby Wood Ellerbee, reside in Tallulah, with their three children.
