Friday, May 13

Shaneka Mosley pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $573.

 

Monday, May 16

Lee Albert Wilson, 63, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Kyrikus Mason, 28, found guilty of trespassing. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $625.

Sammy Davis pleaded guilty to violating the city’s noise ordinance. Sentenced to three days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.

Bobby Cole pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to three days to serve from arrest date. No fine assessed.

Tuesday, May 17

William D. Pugh Jr., 43, charged with embezzlement more than $500/felony. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $65,000.

Charles Warren Grantham, 23, charged with burglary of a commercial building, cars, etc. Defendant has been indicted by a grand jury. Therefore, he is not entitled to a preliminary hearing. Defendant is hereby transferred to custody of sheriff. Bond set at $35,000.

James E. Banks Jr., 25, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charged of disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 43 days served. No fines assessed.

Natasha Mackey, 38, charged with felony false pretense. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Out on bond.

Felicia Butler, 37, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 60 days with 57 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for three days served. Fine set at $450. Bond set at $5,000.

Mandy Halford, 34, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced from $14,000 to $8,000.

Mandy Halford, 34, charged with two counts of felony false pretense. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond reduced to $2,000 on each count.

 

Wednesday, May 18

Jeremy Dixon, 24, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Kristi Renee King, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Favian Clark, 31, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Reginald Williams pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Zeandi Smith pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $436 minus $100 suspended to make the fine $336. Paid $150 on May 18. Must pay remaining fine of $186.
