Thursday, April 21
Billy Jack Britt pleaded guilty to cyberstalking in Judge Forrest “Al” Johnson’s court. Sentenced to two years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Must pay a fine of $1,000. Must pay all court costs and fees as well as a $200 prosecution fee immediately. As part of this guilty plea, the State agrees to retire to the file the charges in the matter styled State v. Billy Jack Britt, Cause No.: 15-KR-0119-J (Circuit Court, Adams County, Mississippi).
Jennifer Larae Aldridge pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling in Judge Johnson’s court. Sentenced to eight years in the MDOC. After serving three years, the defendant shall serve the remaining five years on formal reporting supervision through the MDOC. Must pay, as part of restitution to the victims, an amount of $15,000. However, the victims herein shall be entitled to a money judgment against the defendant in the full amount of the restitution established in this matter in the amount of $27.758.84. Must pay all court costs and fees as well as a $200 prosecution fee immediately. As part of this guilty plea, the State agrees to retire to the file the charges in the matter styled State v. Jennifer Larae Aldridge, Cause No.: 15-KR-0151-J (Circuit Court, Adams County, Mississippi).
