I have found allergy season solution

As we are at the peak of the pollen season, many of us are having allergies with all the symptoms. For me, I have found a product that helps — the sinus rinse kit. I know, it sounds gross, but it works.
My kit consists of a plastic squeeze bottle that holds about 1/2 cup. I fill the bottle to the prescribed line with warm water and add a tiny packet of salt/baking soda combination. I forcefully flush my nares with the solution by squeezing the bottle that washes away the pollen, dust, and catarrh.
Since this is only a salt-water solution, there are no restrictions on use. I use mine a couple of times a day during this season.
I find that this procedure is excellent for a head cold or even before a full-blown cold develops. When my throat is scratchy and my nasopharynx has a “burning” sensation, I do the rinse and I believe it delays or even prevents a cold from developing by flushing some of the viral particles away.
I bought my kit at a local drug store chain for 10 or so dollars.
Before using this on a child or debilitated person, I suggest that you consult with your physician.
