NATCHEZ — The Natchez-Adams School District will present a Spring Town Hall meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday.
The town hall will be at Parkway Baptist Church located at 117 Seargent S. Prentiss Drive.
“The town hall will provide the community another opportunity to hear about the status of the district and plans for the 2016-2017 school year,” Superintendent Frederick Hill said. “The public will also have the opportunity to ask questions about school concerns except those related to specific student and personnel matters.”
Topics include 2015-16 successes, areas of improvement, testing and accountability status, legislative updates and 2016-17 initiatives.
Hill will begin with an opening statement and give a PowerPoint presentation. The audience will be asked to write down questions during the evening and Hill will answer those selected.
