NATCHEZ — Members of Oxford HealthCare recently took colorful hampers filled with household necessities to deserving members of the local community.

“Not even Mother Nature could stand in the way,” Branch Manager Erica Chatman said. “Traveling unpaved back roads and trudging through muddy puddles, each and every recipient was located and personally presented with their basket.

“As (Oxford staff members) waved goodbye with big smiles and well-wishes, it was soon realized that the true gifting was received by us, in the form of giant warm hugs and the many sentiments of gratitude given. It was a wonderful way to kick start the holiday season and such a pleasure to take part in.”
