Kiara B. Butler, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $23.12.

Cedric R. Gaylor, 49, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Magnolia Bluffs Casino. Fine set at $323.

Kelsey Hill, 19, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $17.38.

Jacques Robinson, 30, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $39.75.

James Vanpelt, 29, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $39.75.

 

Monday, Dec. 21

Joanie Arceneaux, 39, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $1,075. Paid $250 on Dec. 21. Must pay remaining fine of $825 by Jan. 22. Restitution set at $504.41.

Kimberly Irene Godfrey, 43, pleaded nolo contendre to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $598. Restitution set at $9.88.

Antonio K. Johnson, 31, charged with malicious mischief. Case dismissed.

Curtis Knight, 43, charged with disorderly conduct – failure to comply with officer. Case dismissed – officer not subpoenaed.

Cora Thomas, 36, pleaded nolo contendre to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $623. Thomas was also charged with misdemeanor false information. Case remanded to files in cause of plea.

Michael T. Drake, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $89.88.

Clyde A. Johnson, 32, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $673. Restitution set at $329.99.

Fredrick D. Johnson Jr., 18, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Wanda Lynn Neal, 48, pleaded guilty to shoplifting – 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Restitution set at $22.88.

Tonya L. Nichols, 36, charged with misdemeanor false pretense. Case dismissed – 2012 case; complainant, Kyle Wheeler, lives out of state and is no longer with Walmart.
