Editor’s note: A civil suit published in the courthouse records on Sept. 21 incorrectly identified the name of the deceased one of the estates in the civil suits filed between Sept. 11-17. The record should have been the Estate of Curtis Dunmore Sr. We regret the error and are glad to set the record straight.
