Brandon Rayshawn Thompson, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting— first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Dominick D. Washington, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $1,000.
Wednesday, Oct. 70
Charles Edward Gooden Jr., 34, found in contempt. Bench warrant ordered on simple assault charge. Cost set at $100. Motion made by defense attorney to dismiss charge. Victim failed to appear on served subpoena. Gooden also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $309. No restitution ordered — both parties had insurance.
Teshauna Ross, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $1,000. Restitution set at $1,276.00. Bond set at $7,000.
