Joseph Collins England, 48, found guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $1,000.

Bobby Kelly, 61, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Casey McGraw, 34, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Ricky Potters, 60, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart loctions. Fine set at $498.

Hope W. Washington, 59, pleaded guilty to simple assault attempt to create fear. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.

Ronald Riley, 21, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493. Riley pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $523.

Chadwich Watson pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $573.

 

Monday, Oct. 5

Jacquirra R. Dixon, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Damien Hayes, 20, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $473.

Brandon Rayshawn Thompson, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting— first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Dominick D. Washington, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $1,000.

Wednesday, Oct. 70

Charles Edward Gooden Jr., 34, found in contempt. Bench warrant ordered on simple assault charge. Cost set at $100. Motion made by defense attorney to dismiss charge. Victim failed to appear on served subpoena. Gooden also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $309. No restitution ordered — both parties had insurance.

Teshauna Ross, 20, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $1,000. Restitution set at $1,276.00. Bond set at $7,000.

Chiquita Patterson, 41, charged with aggravated assault other means. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
