Friday, Sept. 4

April Crawford Franks, 41, found guilty of shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $648.

Jelendrick Turner, 27, charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case dismissed — prescription shown by co—defendant.

Jessica Robinson Felter, 29, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $348. No restitution assessed.

Dominique Singleton, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Jamie Wooten, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — 1st offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Wednesday, Sept. 9

Jerrica Thomas, 22, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case dismissed — victim unable to be located and served.

Anita Newborne Flowers, 51, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $648.

Charles L. Flowers Jr., No age given, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $648.

Justice Bowman, 18, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor uttering a forgery. Sentenced to 60 days suspended for one year pending good behavior on each count. Fine set at $425 on each count. Restitution set at $493.21 on first count to be paid to Natchez Market No. 1. No restitution assessed on second count.

Candace Baxter, 25, pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days served. Fine set at $623.

Dexter Johnson, 48, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.
