NATCHEZ — Tasting the Best is launching an expanded menu and will soon start delivery services.

The restaurant — which already offers burgers, po-boys, sandwiches, pork chop platters, sausage plates, crispy wing plates, fish wraps, chicken wraps, twice baked-potatoes, chicken strip baskets, salads, seafood platters, family seafood meals, chicken kabobs, boudin balls and fried corn on the cob — officially opened in December.

The new menu will coincide with catering offerings, owner Karen Mahyoub said, and the restaurant will start offering free delivery to businesses for six or more orders.

“We plan on expanding, getting bigger and doing different menu items,” she said.

The new items will include hot tamales, brisket plates and smoked meat platters as well as taco bowls and shrimp, Mahyoub said.

Tasting the Best is located at 416 Liberty Road.
