NATCHEZ — Two Adams County Sheriff’s Office employees have received a new certification as part of their ongoing law enforcement training.
Sgt. Kimiko Batteste and Officer Angela Stanton of the Adams County Jail recently completed a 96-hour training course at the Harrison County Training Academy to be state certified jail officers.
“One of my goals as sheriff has been to provide ample training opportunities to all our staff. These officers are great employees, and I am proud of them for their accomplishment,” said Sheriff Mayfield.
