NATCHEZ — Matthew W. Hall has been named assistant vice president for lending at United Mississippi Bank.

Hall began his career in banking when he joined UMB in 2012.  Hall is the lender at the UMB Morgantown Branch.

Hall was President of Leadership Natchez Class 2013, he serves on the board of the Southwest Mississippi Ole Miss Alumni Club, is a member of the Natchez Trace Kiwanis Club, Young Professionals, Krewe of Phoenix, the Santa Claus Committee and Beau Pre Country Club.

He is married to the former Elizabeth Ratliff, and they are expecting their first child —a girl — in May.

They are members of Jefferson Street United Methodist Church.
