Friday, Feb. 6:

Cortina Thomas Sullivan, 37, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Ashley Cupit, 34, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $573.

Percy Datrona Wright, 29, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.

Deavon Warner, 30, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573. Warner also pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Still banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $119.

Jacqueline Lee, Age N/A, charged with shoplifting — first offense. Case dismissed — co-defendant took responsibility.

Kimberly Michelle Malone, 29, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.

Cedric Knight pleaded guilty to profanity. Sentenced to 30 days with 23 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for seven days served. Fine set at $323 minus $175 credit. Must pay a fine of $148.

Monday, Feb. 9:

Breouna Smoot, 21, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $673.

Michael Glenn Freeman, 46, found guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $1,000.

Rebecca Middleton, 24, found guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $1,025.

Reginald Scott, 28, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.

Tuesday, Feb. 10:

Terence L. Hawkins, 31, charged with shoplifting — first offense. Satisfied by time served.

Fifteen-year-old charged with aggravated assault manifesting extreme indifference to human life. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $45,000.

Terence L. Hawkins, 31, pleaded guilty to amended charge of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.  Hawkins also charged with expired driver’s license. Case remanded to files subject to other pleas.

 

Wednesday, Feb. 11:

Terrell Donvarres Page, 36, pleaded guilty to simple assault. Sentenced to 30 days with 22 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for eight days served. Fine set at $523 minus $200 suspended. Must pay a fine of $323.

Jackie Ford/Clark, 52, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473. Restitution set at $38.49 to be paid to AutoZone.

Lonnie Glenn Jr., 45, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.

Jennifer Aldridge pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $953.
