Jason Lorenzo Fulton, 36, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Dollar General Store. Fine set at $573.
Jessica Brown, 35, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Dollar General Store. Fine set at $573.
Danielle Metcalf, 34, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.
Tuesday, Jan. 20:
Khadijah Mosby, 21, charged with shooting in a house dwelling. Case bound over to a grand jury after preliminary hearing held. Bond set at $45,000.
Tralyandrya Woodfork, 22, charged with embezzlement more than $500/felony. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Out on $30,000 bond. Woodfork also pleaded guilty two counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior on each count. Total fine set at $829.49. Woodfork also charged with misdemeanor false pretense. Case dismissed.
Sixteen-year-old charged with three counts of aggravated assault indifference to human life. Waived preliminary hearing on each count. Case bound over to a grand jury on each count. Bond reduced from $67,500 to $30,000 on count I and from $45,000 to $30,000 on counts II and III.
Terrance Wayne Thompson, 46, charged with uttering a forgery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $8,500.
Laura Laquett Jackson, 25, charged with uttering a forgery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Out on $8,500 bond.
Emanuel C. Latham Jr., 15, charged with murder. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $45,000. Latham Jr. was also charged with armed robbery. Waived preliminary hearing. Case bound over to a grand jury. Bond set at $45,000.
Wednesday, Jan. 21:
Samuel Jones Jr., 52, found guilty of misdemeanor false information. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for on year pending good behavior. Fine set at $448.
Tyrone S. Washington, 38, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Fine set at $573. Washington also charged with resisting arrest. Case remanded to files in consideration of other plea.
Holden James Braswell, 21, charge with DUI first offense test refusal. Case dismissed with prejudice — officer failed to respond to duly sworn/served subpoena.
Charlie Dukes pleaded guilty to indecent exposure. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.
Jasmine Lewis, 18, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $373.
Sarah Hope Kennedy, 36, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $573.
Henry Foster, 59, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days served. Banned from Southside Market. Fine set at $573 minus $100 credit. Must pay a fine of $473.
Kerry Weir, 40, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 24 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Credit given for six days served. Banned from K Mart. Fine set at $573 minus $150 credit. Must pay a fine of $423.
