Morris Washington charged with three counts of grand larceny. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Tony Coleman charged with sale of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Ryan Hatfield pleaded guilty to malicious mischief.

Friday, Dec. 5:
Devon Swazy, 23, found guilty of possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493. Swazy was also found guilty of failure to obey audible siren, when officer signaled. Fine set at $167. Swazy was also charged with no tag. Case dismissed — had tag. Swazy was also found guilty of no driver’s license. Fine set at $347. Swazy was also found guilty of failure to maintain proof of insurance in vehicle. Fine set at $586.
Danny Minor Jr. pleaded guilty to simple assault — domestic violence. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $623.
Monday, Dec. 8:
Schewanda Beverly, 47, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from Natchez Market 1. Fine set at $573.
Wednesday, Dec. 10:
Terence L. Hawkins, 30, found guilty of shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $673.
Kyrikus L. Mason, 27, charged with simple assault — domestic violence. Case dismissed and defendant failed to appear. Bench warrant issued for Rashonda Cade, witness for FTA on subpoena for trial. $100.00 court cost.
Julie Ann Whiteeagle, 49, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from all Walmart locations. Fine set at $643.
Gregory Anderson pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve one day in jail. Fine set at $473.
Tiwon Gooden pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Banned from store. Fine set at $573.
Misty Kragenbrink pleaded guilty to public drunkenness. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
