Kerry L. Weir, 43, pleaded guilty to fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer in a motor vehicle. No jail time. Fine set at $473 minus $300 credit for time served. Must pay a fine of $173. Restitution set at $500 to be paid to Joseph Warfield.

Kerry Lamonicas Weir, 43, pleaded guilty to willful trespassing. Sentenced to 60 days with 34 days, suspended for 1 year pending good behavior. Credit given for 26 days served. Fine set at $323. Weir was also charged with running a red light. Case dismissed. Weir also pleaded guilty to no driver’s license. Sentenced to 10 days, suspended for 1 year pending good behavior. Fine set at $347. Weir also pleaded guilty to DUI first offense test results. Sentenced to 48 hours, suspended. Fine set at $800 minus $650 credit. Must pay a fine of $150.
