The leaves are turning colors and the days are getting cooler, which can only mean one thing — Natchez Church of God’s Annual Hallelujah Festival is coming soon. This year the festival will be hosted from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1 on the church grounds.

This will be a time of good family fun with two bouncy houses, a pie in the face, plinko, go fish and many more games.

There will be an area for children with games just for them.

Creative paintings by Kim and May will be on hand to paint the faces of the little and big ones. There will also be a hayride going around the area.

Hamburgers and hotdogs with all the trimmings will be served as you walk around to all the booths.

All of the games, food, fun and fellowship will only cost you a smile. That is right, it is all free.

There will also be a cakewalk where you might win some delicious homemade treats. The first 100 kids will receive a goody bag with different treats inside. So go ahead, mark your calendars and make plans for Saturday, Nov. 1 to attend Natchez Church of God’s Hallelujah Festival at the church.

Wear your costume and come on out and enjoy some good clean family fun for the evening. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Once you get home, do not forget to turn back your clocks for daylight savings time. So now you have no reason not to attend.

You will get to have an extra hour of sleep that night and be ready for the next day. The church is located at 98 McNeely Road. If you have any questions you can call the church office at 601-445-5135 or check out our website at natchezchurchofgod.com

To let you in on a little secret, 2015 Eggapoolza is already in the planning stages and we will be hiding 50,000 eggs come April. You read right, 50,000 eggs. There will be plenty for everyone. So keep your ears and eyes open for more information about 2015 Eggapoolza. It will be here before we know it.

So remember to bring your kids, your neighbors, your family and friends to Natchez Church of God on Saturday, Nov. 1 for our Annual Hallelujah Festival. You are not going to want to miss this.
