ROXIE — Services for Paul Wayne Combs, 64, of Roxie, who died Monday, July 7, 2014, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Roxie Baptist Church with the Rev. Jamie Wallace officiating.

Burial will follow in Roxie Cemetery under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mr. Combs was born Jan. 5, 1950, in Natchez, the son of Joe Combs Jr. and Eugenia Combs.

He was a diesel mechanic.

He was a member of the Roxie Baptist Church.

He was a loving father and grandfather.

Mr. Combs was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene Combs; one son, Wayne Combs; one daughter, Jodi Smith and husband, Adrian; three brothers, Joe Combs, David Combs and wife Peggy, and Jerry Combs and wife, Louise; three grandchildren, Ben and Avery Smith and Alyssa Combs; special cousin, Peggy McCullough; and a number of nephews, nieces and friends.
