NATCHEZ — Central Network Retail Group LLC recently purchased Parkrose Hardware.
Parkrose Hardware operates two stores located in Portland, Ore., and in Vancouver, Wash.
The stores sell a full assortment of hardware, plumbing, tools, paint and lawn and garden supplies but are differentiated by extraordinary fastener and rental departments plus a thriving commercial and industrial division.
“We are excited about the addition of Parkrose Hardware to our company,” said Natchez resident Jimmy R. Smith, chairman of CNRG. “Parkrose is our first step out West and will serve as a foundation for our growth in the Pacific Northwest.”
CNRG was formed in 2011 by Smith, president of Home Hardware and Boyden Moore, president of Tyndale Advisors.
“I met Bryan Ableidinger, Parkrose Hardware’s co-owner, at the same time I met Jimmy in 2009 as they were both honored as Top Guns in the Industry by the NRHA at the National Hardware Show,” said Moore, who is president of CNRG. “I was impressed with Parkrose then, but Bryan, David and their exceptional team have made the Parkrose operation even better.”
CNRG currently operates 45 home centers, hardware stores and lumberyards in nine states under 10 different brands. In the Miss-Lou, they own Town and Country Farm and Hardware and two Home Hardware locations.
The company is building a multi-format, multi-brand operating company through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. For more information on the company visit www.cnrgstores.com.
