CROSSETT, ARK. — Memorial services for Theresa Smith Carter, 59, of Crossett, who died June 9, 2014, in Crossett, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clayton Hales officiating.
