Spectrum of Light focuses in Saturday
Published 12:06 am Sunday, April 20, 2014
Close your eyes for a minute and visualize the amazing colors that presently dot the Natchez area landscape.
Add a clear glass prism within your visionary dream to enhance the beautiful hues of neon yellow, soft lavenders, pinks of every color, vivid greens and even basic white. Color enriches every angle involved in the Spectrum of Light.
Notably, the Pilgrimage Garden Club and guests will present the Spectrum of Light from 2:30 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Longwood.
Exhibitors should cut colorful horticulture specimens from their yards or bring their outstanding container plants and enter them! Who knows?
A ribbon may await you!
During this show, gorgeous designs created by members will showcase the landscape of Natchez and the surrounding area through “Section A” saturation of color and “Section B” traditional color wheel.
PGC beginning, intermediate and junior gardeners will also offer horticulture and design divisions. Please contact the PGC office today at 601-445-4420, obtain a 2014 booklet, read it to understand the guidelines/rules and get busy.
Mark your calendar now to attend.
