Jefferson St. hosting community market

Trash to treasure, crafts, home décor, clothing, DIY, oh, my! The possibilities are endless.
Jefferson Street United Methodist Women are hosting a community-wide market from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at 511 Jefferson St. to give people of the Miss-Lou the opportunity to repurpose, recycle, restock, reinvent, replant and redirect, but most importantly, for the ladies of the church to raise funds for mission projects throughout the year.
Please join us at 7 a.m. Saturday for our annual market.
We will have inside and outside booths, enabling our vendors to display and sell items of all sizes and quantities.
We will have vendors, including Huber Construction Company, selling items that can be repurposed and those simply selling to Habitat for Humanity selling their supplies, as well.
There will be booths of general garage sale merchandise, as well as specialty booths of Tupperware, hand-sewn items and hand-crafted soaps.
There will be a concession booth on site so that you can quench your thirst and satisfy your appetite.
Last year was a huge success. Just ask Jodi Kelley, who brought two booths full of “gently used” items and was able to sell everything that she brought!
Come on out and join us — shop inside and outside and satisfy your curiosity, purchase those special items that you’ve not wanted to pay new/full price for and have a lot of fun! The United Methodist Women of Jefferson Street United Methodist Church appreciate your support.
