I would like to give a special thank you to Constance Clayton, an employee of the City of Natchez that works in the Department of Planning and Inspection.

Clayton, along with other members of the planning department, donated items that would be beneficial to our students.

Clayton’s daughter, Chelsea Clayton Bates, is a paraprofessional at Ferriday Lower Elementary.

I am very grateful for the donations and the generosity of Ms. Clayton and her colleagues.

Some of the donations included gloves, socks, girls and boys underwear, jeans and a few jogging suits. These items were donated to the school to be distributed among the less fortunate students.
