Snow could again be in the forecast for Miss-Lou residents, as temperatures are expected to plummet below freezing Thursday morning.
“Starting in the early morning, there may be (snow) flurries, a dusting of snow,” National Weather Service Meteorologist Latrice Maxie said. “By the afternoon, it will warm up some. There will be a small chance for a rain and snow mix.”
Maxie said calls for precipitation Thursday evening should come in the form of rain.
Thursday’s morning low is expected to dip to 25, with a high of 38 forecast later in the day.
“Right now, we are not anticipating anything sticking (to the ground,) but there could be some accumulation, which would just be about a quarter of an inch,” Maxie said.
