Tuesday, Jan. 21:
Ashley Shante White, who pleaded guilty to felony shoplifting and was sentenced to five years with the Mississippi Department of Corrections suspended and placed on five years formal probation under the supervision of MDOC, has her probation revoked in Judge Lillie Blackmon Sanders’ court for violating terms and conditions of her probation: rule No. 3 — regularly report in person to her probation officer as directed to her by the court; rule No. 15 — pay such monthly fees to the MDOC; rule No. 18 pay all court costs and $200 prosecution fee within 90 days.

Friday, Jan. 24:
Neisa A. Johnson, 20, pleaded guilty to DUI — no other info on affadavit. Sentenced to serve 48 hours in jail. Fine set at $775.
Carlos Yates, 40, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.
Guyanthony Owen Allen, 23, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.
Melissa Anderson pleaded guilty to two charges of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior on each count to run concurrently. Total fine set at $687.32.
Kelly Guillory, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — second offense. Sentenced to 60 days with 50 days suspended for two years pending good behavior. To serve 10 days in jail. Fine set at $673.
Monday, Jan. 27:
Tiwan Ellis, 30, pleaded guilty to embezzlement less than $500 (misdemeanor). Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Fine set at $498.
Elizabeth Junkin charged with public drunkenness. Case dismissed at request of officer. Junkin also pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Fine set at $493.
Brandon Cupstid, 20, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 24 hours in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.
Connie Annette Franks, 52, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Total fine set at $364.89.
Lakisha J. Holmes 25, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Total fine set at $383.
Shelbie Johnson, 22, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 27 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve three days in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.
