Natchez Municipal Court Cases Friday, Jan. 17
Martina Linette Thomas, 39, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended to run concurrently. Total fine set at $816.51.
Marian Calista Forman, 29, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 20 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 10 days in jail. Banned from K-Mart. Fine set at $573.
Lindsey Maier pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve four days in jail. Fine set at $573.
Tuesday, Jan. 21
Sherman L. Rose, 34, pleaded guilty to two counts of misdemeanor false pretense. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior on each charge. Total fine set at $1,021.60.
Derrick Woods, 43, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor shoplifting. Sentenced to 60 days with 21 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve 39 days in jail. Fine set at $1,000.
Seventeen-year-old charged with burglary of a vehicle. Released to youth court by order of Judge Hudson.
Erick Michelle Franklin, 41, charged with aggravated assault by other means. Case dismissed without prejudice — victim did not appear.
