Dempsey Rollins charged with secretly photographing. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Charles Potters pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident.
Sametrius Mazique charged with possession of a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury. Mazique also charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Larry Glen Parker charged with aggravated assault. Case bound over to a grand jury. Parker also charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. Case bound over to a grand jury.
Leonard Payne pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace.
Cameatris Payne pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace.

Friday, Jan. 10:
Anthony Bradford, 25, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 28 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve two days in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.
Kalyn Owen, 23, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 29 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve one day in jail. Banned from Walmart. Fine set at $573.
Teshauna Ross, 18, pleaded guilty to trespassing. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $323.
Terrell Donvarres Page, 35, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct — failure to comply with officer. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $473.
Devin T. Williams, 20, pleaded guilty to obstructing public streets. Indigent, no fines assessed.
Monday, Jan. 13:
Kenneth D. Brown, 23, charged with disturbing the peace. Case remanded to files — officer not served — no probable cause available.
Tiffany L. Edney/Curtis, 28, found guilty of amended charge of disturbing the peace of another person. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423 minus $200 suspended. Must pay a fine of $223.
Marcus Lamar Frye, 29, charged with trespassing upon enclosed land. Case remanded to files — necessary witness not present. Banned from Walmart.
Anthony Thompson, 31, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Driver’s license suspended for six months. Sentenced to 10 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $493.
Ashleigh Fulton, 19, charged with possession of marijuana while operating a motor vehicle. Case dismissed — consideration of plea by co-defendant.
Wednesday, Jan. 15:
Veranec Delojanek Francis, 20, pleaded guilty to embezzlement — less than $500 (misdemeanor). Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. No ban on store. Fine set at $523.
Melissa Anderson, 18, pleaded guilty to shoplifting — first offense. Sentenced to 30 days with 26 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve four days in jail. Banned from Belk. Fine set at $573.
Jacqueline Loy, 20, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of ID first over 21. Sentenced to 30 days suspended for one year pending good behavior. Fine set at $423.
Marquacisu Leaser Robinson, 20, pleaded guilty to petit larceny. Sentenced to 10 days with two days suspended for one year pending good behavior. To serve eight days in jail. Credit given for six days served. Fine set at $423. Restitution set at $379.
