NATCHEZ — Natchez Center Center and Transit System Director Sabrena Bartley was recently named as one of the 2013 Mississippi Business Journal’s 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi.

Bartley, a City of Natchez employee, has most recently overseen the construction of the Natchez Transit Facility, a $3 million project funded through federal and state dollars.
