NATCHEZ — Services for Izola Marie Green, 86, of Natchez, who died Friday, April 5, 2013, at Willowbrook Hospital in Houston, Texas, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Rose Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Kenneth Stanton officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.

Mrs. Green was born Dec. 16, 1926, in Wilkinson County, the daughter of Leon Stewman and Ella McFarland Stewman. She was a high school graduate and attended Natchez College. She worked at the Natchez General Hospital and Jefferson Davis Hospital as a nurse.

Mrs. Green was a longtime member at Rose Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her oldest son, Edward Green III.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Edward Ray Green Jr.; three daughters, Nelwyn Harrell, Karen Green and Andrea Thompson; one son, Vernon Green; two sisters, Gladys Davis and Hazel Johnson; one brother, John Stewman; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Antwar Harrell, Derrius Harrell, Marcus Harrell, Mark Sanders, Brian Sanders and great-grandson, Wayne Irving Jr.
